Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before your adventure.
How do I get to the catamaran?
If you're arriving on a cruise ship, we pick you up at the port (Mahogany Bay or Coxen Hole) and drive you to the East End — about a 45-minute scenic tour of the island. If you're staying on the island, we'll provide directions to our dock at Calabash Bight / Oak Ridge.
What should I bring?
Bring your swimsuit, sunscreen (reef-safe preferred), a towel, a camera, and your appetite! We provide all snorkel gear, floatation vests, towels, and unlimited drinks and food.
Is this suitable for children?
Absolutely! We regularly host families with young children and even grandparents. Our catamaran is incredibly stable, and our crew is attentive to guests of all ages and abilities.
What if my cruise ship changes its itinerary?
We understand schedules change. Just contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you to reschedule or adjust your booking.
Is the food really that good?
Our guests certainly think so! Fresh-baked banana muffins and homemade salsa welcome you onboard. Lunch features grilled chicken and shrimp kabobs, fresh pineapple coleslaw, Honduran rice, and homemade desserts. And yes, Julie's piña coladas are legendary.
Do you offer scuba diving?
Yes! We can arrange for a dive boat to meet us at the snorkel sites, or we can customize a private charter specifically for diving. Contact us for details.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a flexible cancellation policy. Contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
How many people will be on the excursion?
We keep our groups intimate. The catamaran can hold up to 30 guests, but we typically run with smaller groups — often 8-16 people — so everyone gets personalized attention.
